We offer economy shipping across New Zealand, including North Island, South Island, and rural addresses. Shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout for you to select the best one for your needs.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1â2 business days of purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your parcel. Youâll see the final shipping cost before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you live overseas and are interested in our treats, please get in touch with our teamâweâd love to see if we can make something work.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, youâll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Our delivery partners will follow their usual procedures when attempting to deliver your package. If theyâre unable to deliver after several attempts, the parcel may be returned to us, and extra shipping charges could apply to resend.
