At PAW U, we do our best to get your pup’s favourite treats to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:


1. Shipping Options

We offer economy shipping across New Zealand, including North Island, South Island, and rural addresses. Shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout for you to select the best one for your needs.


2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your parcel. You’ll see the final shipping cost before you confirm your order.


4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you live overseas and are interested in our treats, please get in touch with our team—we’d love to see if we can make something work.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.


7. Missed Deliveries

Our delivery partners will follow their usual procedures when attempting to deliver your package. If they’re unable to deliver after several attempts, the parcel may be returned to us, and extra shipping charges could apply to resend.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and make sure you’re looked after.


9. Delays & Notifications

We’ll keep you in the loop if there are any unexpected delays or changes to your shipping. Your patience is appreciated in such rare cases.
