Refund policy
At PAW U, we stand behind the quality of our treats and want both you and your pup to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that not every dog has the same taste or tummy.
If your pet is not completely satisfied with one of our products within 14 days of purchase, we can arrange a replacement product or provide a refund. Please contact our customer service team, including the product name and the best before date printed on the pack. Once received, we will get back to you with the next steps and offer options for either a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must email pawu.pets.nz@gmail.com with an expiation of the issue, order number and images of the issue.
Refunds will not be issued due to shipment delays. A third-party courier company controls all shipment processes and delays are outside of our control.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return image, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
